July 16 - 22 - FAIR WEEK
Saturday, July 16th - Horse Drop off is 12 - 3pm: Horse trailers need to enter off Hiatt Street (entrance to YMCA off 18th Street), pull through the red gates next to the arena and go down the drive next to Home Ec Building towards the barns. You will then exit the fairgrounds onto Teal Road.
Sunday, July 17th - Horse Drop off is 12 - 5pm: Horse trailers need to enter off Hiatt Street (entrance to YMCA off 18th Street), pull through the red gates next to the arena and go down the drive next to Home Ec Building towards the barns. You will then exit the fairgrounds onto Teal Road.
7pm will be a KICK OFF TO FAIR COOKOUT at the arena, the club will supply the meat, we ask that everyone that is planning on attending bring a side dish and a dessert. We will also plan on having some games and activities for adults and kids who want to participate.
Monday, July 18th - Riding Practice at the Arena.......A schedule will be posted at the barns and the arena.
Tuesday, July 19th - Show Day....1st Year Members, Western Riding, Reining, Trail this show starts at 9am.
Drill Team Performance begins at 6pm followed by Flags, Keyhole and Speed N Action.
Wednesday, July 20th - English Show Day.....begins at 8am
Thursday, July 21st - Western Show Day....begins at 8am.
Drill Team performance will begin at 6p, followed by Awards, Pole Bending and Barrel Racing
Green Folders Due in the Dairy Barn - Green folders need to have 2 filled out Achievement Records and Feed Records.This may apply to some, any other project items they need signed off on.

Open Riding begins Monday, June 6th through Thursday, July 6th!! Check the Facebook page for any cancellations due to weather, etc.
NO RIDER IS TO BE ON HORSE UNTIL A BOARD MEMBER IS THERE. MUST HAVE A HELMET WHILE ON THE BACK OF YOUR HORSE.

ONLINE CLASS ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN!! This is for all projects, not just Horse and Pony! From June 1st - June 30th.
For Horse and Pony you will need to enroll in all the classes you are showing in, please use your show bill to help guide you through the classes and to make sure you have all classes marked. Remember sign up for all classes, you will not be able to add, but can always scratch!
There was a packet sent out by the extension office with the instructions on how to enroll your classes. Please check your mail for the step by step.

Click on Green box that says Sign in with your 4-H online account (same sign in as what you used to sign up for 4-H and Horse Enrollment)
Click to sign up individual and pick the individual that you are adding. (You will need to do this individually for each child)
Once this is reviewed, all questions have been answered and all current information is correct, click continue and then click Continue to Entries.
Under entries, click add entry, next to exhibitors name.
Click on the projects your exhibitor is doing....again all projects need to be done like this.
Click Horse and Pony and then pick classes you need to enter.

Those of you who are interested in showing at State Fair, deadline is July 1st. To register for State Fair, you need to go to:
Register between now through July 1st - Department fee$20
(includes parking pass and 6 admission tickets) - Per Class Entry Fee $3
Register between July 2nd - July 31st - Department fee $70
(includes parking pass and 6 admission tickets - Per Class Entry Fee $3
Register Aug 1st - Aug 21 WALK IN ENTRIES ONLY - Department fee $120 includes parking pass if necessary and 6 admission tickets - Per Class Entry Fee $3
Just like last year, there will be a $10 fee for a multi day parking exhibitor parking pass.
